Alerts that reach the right person
Alerts show up in the app and can also reach you by email or as a push notification on the phone. You can send a one-click WhatsApp message to whoever has the vehicle, asking them to take it in for inspection or service.
Roles and permissions decide who sees the fleet and who can edit it. The activity log shows who changed a deadline and when.
Vehicles on a map with the GPS module
If you want to see where your vehicles are, the extra fleet GPS module shows them on a map. It costs €19/month for 10 vehicles and is added only if you need it.
Connected to crews, jobs and tools
The fleet doesn't sit apart from the rest of the business. In the daily plan you choose which vehicle each crew takes, and with the inventory module you also see which tools are in each van.
It fits any company with crews on the road: security system installers, electricians, plumbing and heating, HVAC and solar PV installers, IT, automation, elevator or maintenance companies. If you run several locations, each one sees its own vehicles.
How to get started
Open the free demo and look around the fleet with sample data. Then we set up your company, team accounts and data imported from Excel, run about 2 hours of online training, and you're working the next day.
The app runs in English and Romanian, hosted by us or installed at your company. Plans start at €69/month excluding VAT, and the fleet is an optional module.

It's designed for small and mid-sized companies with field crews and their own vehicles. Add as many vehicles as you have, each with its own deadlines.
How do trip logs work?
The app generates weekly trip logs as PDF for each vehicle. You can print them or keep them as electronic files.
Which deadlines do I get alerts for?

Is GPS tracking included?
No, fleet GPS is an extra module at €19/month for 10 vehicles. Deadline tracking and trip logs work without it.
Can I import my vehicles from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Power Play Manager supports Excel import and export, and any list can also be exported to PDF. We help you bring in your existing data during setup.
