Enter the contract once and the visits are scheduled automatically. Each visit has its own checklist, and the app alerts you before the due date.
Checklists come pre-filled for the trade you pick at setup and can be edited: camera, DVR/NVR and alarm panel checks, annual HVAC servicing, fire safety inspections, gate automation or elevator maintenance.
Each client's equipment at hand
With the installed equipment module, every site has its own list: serial number, IP address, warranty. Your technician arrives knowing what's already there.
If you also use the invoicing module, maintenance and subscription contracts are billed monthly with one click. Invoices can also be generated as e-Factura XML for Romania.
Connected to the plan, the crew and notifications
Service calls and visits show up in the daily plan and calendar, where you assign them to crews. Notifications go out in the app, by email, as phone push notifications or one-click WhatsApp messages, and the activity log shows who did what and when.

How do I know a maintenance visit is coming up?
The app sends an alert before the due date. It appears in the app and can also reach you by email or as a push notification on your phone.
Can I see the service history of a client?
Yes. Each site keeps all its service calls, maintenance visits and signed job sheets. When a client asks what was done, you have the answer right away.
Can monthly maintenance be invoiced automatically?

Can technicians dictate the service report?
Yes, with the optional Tony Assistant module. The technician dictates by voice or types a few words about the work, and Tony fills in the job sheet and asks for anything missing. The client then signs on the phone as usual.
