In this trade, customers often call years after the install: the remote stopped working, or the barrier won't lift. The installed equipment module shows right away which operator, control board and accessories are on site, with serial number and warranty.
At setup you pick the automation company profile, and job types, checklists and equipment categories for gates, barriers and doors come pre-filled. You can adjust them to the way you work.
Installs as jobs with clear stages
Each job has stages, a crew, photos, materials, tasks and a log. You see what was installed, which parts were used and what is still left, without extra phone calls.

Service calls and scheduled maintenance
The service calls module records the reported fault, the response deadline, hours worked and parts replaced, and closes with a job sheet. For customers under contract, the maintenance module schedules visits automatically, for example on parking barriers or store entrance doors, with checklists and alerts before each due date.
Maintenance contracts can be billed monthly in one click. The billing module issues invoices, receipts and delivery notes.
Daily plan and job sheets signed on the phone
Each morning, set who goes where, in which vehicle, and who leads the crew. Every technician sees a Today view on their phone, and you can see who has opened the plan. The plan can be shared as an image on WhatsApp.
When the work is done, the customer signs on the phone screen, the job sheet becomes a PDF and is emailed on the spot. All sheets stay in the archive. With Tony Assistant (optional AI module), the technician dictates the sheet and Tony fills it in, asking for anything missing.
Tools, vehicles and multiple branches
The inventory module shows who holds each tool, with hand-overs between people, vehicles and the warehouse, plus barcode scanning with the phone camera. The fleet module reminds you of inspection, insurance, road tax and service deadlines and produces weekly trip logs as PDF.
If you run several locations, each branch has its own people, vehicles and jobs, and you decide who sees what.
