Maintenance contracts that schedule themselves
In facility maintenance, the hard part is keeping track of which visit is due, at which building, for which equipment. The maintenance contracts module schedules visits automatically, with a checklist for each type of work and alerts before each due date.
At setup you pick the right profile (facility maintenance, elevators or fire safety), and job types, checklists and equipment categories come pre-filled. You can adapt them to your contracts.
- Recurring visits scheduled automatically per contract
- Checklists completed on the phone
- Alerts before due dates, so nothing slips
- One-click monthly billing for all contracts
Buildings, sites and equipment
Each customer can have several sites: office buildings, apartment blocks, stores, warehouses. At each site you record installed equipment (elevators, fire extinguishers, hydrants, boilers, electrical panels) with serial number, IP and warranty.
The technician arriving on site knows what to check, and the office sees the full history of the building: jobs, service calls and job sheets.

Service calls
When a customer reports a problem, such as a stuck elevator, a door that won't close or a leak, the service calls module records the reported fault, response deadline, hours worked and parts used. The call closes with a job sheet signed by the customer.
Notifications go out in the app, by email and as push notifications on the phone, and messages to the team come with read confirmation.
Daily plan and job sheets on the phone
Each morning, decide who goes to which building, in which vehicle, and who leads the crew. Every technician sees a Today view on their phone, you can see who has opened the plan, and you can share it as an image on WhatsApp.
The customer signs the job sheet on the phone screen, it becomes a PDF and is emailed on the spot, and all sheets stay archived under the customer. With Tony Assistant (optional AI module), the technician dictates the sheet and Tony fills it in, asking for anything missing.
Larger teams and multiple branches
Facility companies often have crews in several cities. With the branches module, each location has its own people, vehicles and jobs, and you decide who sees what. Roles and permissions are set per person.
- Tool inventory with hand-overs between people, vehicles and warehouse
- Fleet: inspection, insurance, road tax and service deadlines with alerts
- Reports with charts you build yourself
- Invoices, receipts and delivery notes
