From first call to commissioning
A solar project has many steps: the roof visit, the quote, ordering panels and inverters, the install, commissioning, and then years of service. Every job in the app has stages, a crew, photos, materials, tasks and a log of everything that happened.
When you pick the solar PV company profile at setup, job types, maintenance checklists and equipment categories come pre-filled for your trade. You can edit all of them.

A daily plan your install crews actually see
Each morning, decide who goes to which roof, in which van, and who leads the crew. Everyone sees a Today view on their phone, and you can see who has opened the plan.
Multi-day installs are easy: copy rows from another day. You can also share the plan as an image on WhatsApp.
Job sheets signed on the phone screen
When an install or service visit is finished, the customer signs right on the technician's phone. The job sheet becomes a PDF and is emailed on the spot, and every sheet stays in the archive under that customer and site.
With the optional Tony Assistant (AI) module, technicians dictate the job sheet by voice or text, and Tony fills it in and asks for anything missing.
Inverters, panels and maintenance contracts
The installed equipment module records the inverter, panels and other components at each site, with serial number, IP and warranty. When a customer calls, you know right away what is on their roof and whether it is still under warranty.
The maintenance contracts module schedules visits automatically, such as panel cleaning or a yearly inspection, with checklists and alerts before each due date.

Tools, vans and materials in the field
Solar crews carry a lot of tools and spend a lot of time on the road. The inventory module shows who holds each tool (including batteries and chargers), with hand-overs between people, vans and the warehouse, and barcode scanning with the phone camera.
The fleet module tracks inspection, insurance, road tax and service deadlines with alerts, and produces weekly trip logs as PDF. Materials bought on site are logged right away for reimbursement.
Pricing and getting started
Plans start from €69/month excl. VAT (Start, 5 users). Choose hosting by us, with nothing to install and daily backups, or a one-time license installed at your company on your own computer or server. The app works in English and Romanian, and each user picks their language and formats.
Start with the free demo. We then help you set up (logo, company details, team accounts, customers imported from Excel) and run about 2 hours of online training. Your team can work in the app from the next day.

Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The demo at demo.powerplay.ro uses the login demo / demo, all data is made up, and the interface can be switched to English. The hosted subscription also comes with a 7-day free trial.
Is it a fit for a small solar installation company?
Yes. It is built for companies with crews working at customer sites, from a handful of people up to a few dozen. The Start plan includes 5 users, and extra users are €7/month each.
Do technicians need to install an app from a store?
No. Power Play Manager is a web app that runs on computers and phones, and it can be added to the phone home screen like a regular app icon.
Can I track systems we installed in previous years?
Yes. Import your customers from Excel, then add the installed equipment at each site with serial numbers and warranty dates. You will have the history ready when a service call or maintenance visit comes up.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
With the hosted subscription, your data can be exported to Excel. Daily backups are also kept outside the server.
