Backups

How the company's data is kept safe: the automatic daily backup, the backup on the company computer and the backup by email.

Super Admin

The app makes copies of the company's data by itself. You find them in Company settings, on the Backups card. There are three places where backups can be kept.

1. On the server (automatic)

Every day the app makes a backup (data + photos) and keeps the last few. You don't need to do anything.

1. Open Company settings and scroll down to Backups.
2. Under 3. On the server you see the list of backups, with the date, time and size.
3. Tap Download next to the backup you want, to save it on your computer.
4. Want a backup right now (e.g. before a big change)? Tap Back up now, at the top of the card.

2. On the company computer (full backup)

A computer that is always on can automatically take the full backup every night, with photos and documents.

1. Tap Download the computer program.
2. Unzip the file on the computer that is always on.
3. Run 1-INSTALEAZA.bat once.
4. On the card you see Last download to computer:, so you know it works.

3. By email, daily (data only)

1. Under Send the copy to, enter the address (e.g. a separate address used only for backups).
2. Tick Send daily.
3. Tap Save.
4. Tap Send now (test) and check that the email arrived.

The email backup contains only the data, without photos. It uses the email account set in Company settings. If sending fails, the error appears under Last email sent:.

If you need to recover data

The app has no restore button. If you lost data or want to go back to an older backup, contact the app provider and tell them the date of the backup you need.
